Might be a bit late but I make a nice chicken curry from the website cook like a Jamaican, I use less curry powder than suggested as you can always add it at the end.

This is my go to recipe, I've made it loads of times and it's a winner every time. I'll always add extras like red peppers, spinach and chickpeas along with the chicken. Very tasty.
