Can I make these in advance or will they go flat?

Planning to make the Ocado cherry and ameretto deserts on attached recipe. Wondered whether I needed to make them just before they were eaten or if they would be ok in the fridge for a couple of hours (ie need to know from someone with more experience of whipping double cream, whether is likely to be ok). Many thanks

If your fridge is really cold and your cream is properly whipped, they should be fine in the fridge for a few hours. Possibly not overnight, but a few hours should be OK.

Thanks. In the end I just prepped the rest and then whipped the cream when we needed it. It was all really quick anyway plus way more tasty than you'd think given how simple
