I am a huge Diana Henry fan and have been lusting after crazy water pickled lemons for a long time. It's one of her earlier books (or is it the first)?
I have never heard of Anjali Patak. But amazon says she's is one of the Pataks, famous for their Indian curry pastes. At 99p I got that too and see if I like it.
