Thick n creamy chicken soup recipe anyone? Wanted for dd 8 months

Can't use salt, and will need to make from breast as no roast chicken carcass lying conveniently around.

So will need to use low salt stock cube, but will need to use lots of milk.

Nice and simple and quick please if poss.

If he's only 8 months, could you just poach the chicken and some veg in milk/cream then blend it to make a soupy puree?

Yeah, had thought of something like that, but am totally totally crap cook, and need exact quantities, and exact seasoning (although no salt), otherwise it always comes out disasterous
