I have around 14 lemons to use...what can I bake that will use most of them up?

Can't help thinking a lemon drizzle cake would be a good place to start
Or a lemon meringue pie
Or lemon curd

If you end up with 2- 4 left, then slice and cut eac slice in half, spread on a tray and freeze, then bag. You have instant lemon slices for drinks whenever you want them, and they will chill the drink without diluting it.
