Hi all, I'm in need of some inspiration on the snack front.
I would like healthy as possible, can be put in a lunchbox for dh and suitable for ds (3)

So far I have:
-carrot and cucumber sticks
-yogurt and berries
-bread sticks and cream cheese

  • homemade flapjacks

Apart from the obvious fruit and nuts I'm stumped

Popcorn

Mini Babybel and grape
Home-made trail mix
Malt loaf - either homemade or the Soreen one is nice
Houmous or salsa with veg sticks or homemade tortilla chips ( buy some wholemeal wraps, cut into diamond shapes and pop in the oven for 10 mins
Yoghurt with a little granola and some berries

I forgot about malt loaf, I going to need to buy a big block of butter to go with that

Mini Crustless Quiches
Bell Pepper cut into sticks (or any shapes for kids)
The end of pointy sweet peppers filled with cream cheese
Watermelon Balls
Halved hard boiled eggs (can sprinkle with black pepper or paprika)
