Throwing Up after City Meet Up - please be careful!!

Just spent the last few minutes throwing up in the loo - had Penne Arriabiata and Cheesecake for pudding!!

All I can think of is that something is off or did not agree with me for me to be sick that quickly so hope you are all ok!!

Could this be linked to your reflux rather than what you ate though?
I had the penne and feel fine so watch out you cheesecake eaters.

Thanks chaps feel better this morning althugh threw up again last night a few times - I did not throw up the pasta just the cheesecake after I ate it so it may just be that it did not agree with me and me being woosy last night thinking about being sick!!
