Fresh ideas for fish pie mix

Just wondering if anyone can give me some fresh ideas for the fish pie mix (x2) I have in the freezer. We usually have a fish pie, fish risotto or fishcakes.

We've got a problem with our freezer so want to use lots of fish up before defrosting prior to holiday and need new ideas!

How big are the chunks? Are they big enough to breadcumb and make into goujons? Or batter like tempura?

Paella?

Thai green fish curry yum

Seafood tagliatelle?

Are they big enough chunks to thread onto kebabs with gpveg and a dusting of seasoning?
Fish curry?

It's still fish pie but I really like Levi Roots' version with coconut milk, spinach and a sweet potato topping: twotinyhands.co.uk/caribbean-fish-pie/

Cut the bits into bitesize chunks, add prawns or other seafood. Mix cook in large jar of Loyd Grossman chilli & tomato sauce, serve with pasta.
