We're having a charity cake sales at work this week and I need to bake a cake for it, but I'm lacking inspiration. Any suggestions? Maybe something strawberry-ish as it's Wimbledon?

Victoria sandwich, a round cake or smaller individual ones. Scones.

Do a Victoria Sponge recipe, but split the mixture into 3 and add food colouring to 2 of them and swirl together into the tin Grin

Pimms cupcakes!

Tray bakes are easy and cheap to make. Carrot cake is always a winner.

I normally do coffee and walnut cake when we have a cake sale at work.

Do something different. Cake sales always have the usual Victoria sponge etc.
