Special recipe for beef filler

It's our anniversary today, but unfortunately both have to work...

I've got some beef fillet tails from the butcher (so not full on steak sized) and want to make something lovely for dinner tomorrow night when we're both off. Ideally not too long winded as it'll have to be made after dds (2 and 5 months) go to bed at 7, and before I pass out on the sofa at half 9 cos I'm up half the night with dd2...

We have stroganoff fairly frequently (rut? Who me?) so ideally not that, but open to just about everything. We do love Asian food though...

Very well stocked kitchen and capable cook! Starter is langoustines, pudding pavlova...

Any suggestions?
