I've got loads of cupcakes to decorate ready for a party tomorrow and trying to do as much ahead of schedule as possible. I'm using a buttercream, then sprinkling with freeze dried raspberries & chocolate shavings. Am I ok to put the raspberries on today, or should I wait until last minute? If I decorate them and then put them in the fridge to keep cool will the colour of the raspberries bleed?
Don't want to risk ruining all the cupcakes but if I can, I'd prefer to get all the prep done today!
