Mini apricot tarts - should I part-bake pastry?

I'm making tiny apricot tarts for tonight and haven't got a recipe - will just be half an apricot, poached in sugar syrup, baked in a shortcrust case, mince pie size. I think I should probably part-bake the pastry cases, but it will be a terrible faff as they're so small (having to line and weigh down). Can I get away with baking raw?
