I have made big sponge cakes and frozen them. Planning on defrosting tonight then decorating tomorrow for party on Sat.
However, got a list as long as my arm for tomorrow so wondering if I can do anything tonight to get ahead.
Can I do the crumb coating whilst still frozen?? Or need to defrost??
If I cut out the ready roll shapes, can I keep them overnight before sticking in or will they dry out / crack?!
Any other tips???
