Okay, imagine you are a bit merry, you've been outside all day at a local event with friends, BBQ lunch, you roll back to your friend's house for a few drinks and the supper, which has been prepped earlier, is......?

At least ten people, includes several children. One person gluten intolerant. One guest works in catering.

Can't be curry, they had chilli last time, they've cooked paella for us.

I am a bit stuck!

Skinless and boneless salmon fillets, cooked til just done in lemon juice and black pepper. Cook new potatoes and cool. Make a quick Caesar salad dressing (Pioneer woman does a good one!) then cut up romaine lettuce, cucumber, peppers and throw in some mini plum tomatoes. Don't dress the salad yet, but prep it in the bowl. When you get home, pop the new potatoes into the salad bowl too, dress and serve on individual plates with a piece of salmon on top! Delicious, looks impressive and is super easy!

Tapas things - cold meats, olives, breads, cheeses, tortillas etc - anything nice I could think of!

Lasagne, garlic bread, salad

Or you could do spaghetti Bolognaise - make the sauce before the cook the pasta when you get home (you can get gluten free for the one guest) and served with salad

Homemade quiche and salad. Make the pastry for the quiche with gluten free flour.
