Made lentil bolognese for the first time last night. It was lovely and both toddler and baby enjoyed it!

Recipe is from netmums but I added more veg and used basil passata instead of chopped toms.

We had spinach and ricotta lasagne today which was lovely. Easy too - just spinach stirred through ricotta then cooked between lasagne sheets covered with tomato sauce with mozzarella melted on top.

I love paneer too but it always tastes much nicer from the local Indian restaurant than when I cook it!
