I'm getting married in December and will be making gingerbread men/women for each guest.
I really prefer soft gingerbread men rather than the type that snap like a hard biscuit.
Does anyone have a good recipe as I tried one from online but that definitely had the hard, snap factor I'm looking to avoid.
I'm hoping to make the dough in advance and freeze so I only have to cut and bake in the few days beforehand (I'll be off work for the whole week ahead)...
