DH and I are a bit porky watching what we eat at the moment. No major diet or calorie counting just cutting out snacks and treats and exercising as much as we can.
Our normal dinners aren't particularly unhealthy but I'm trying to make them as healthy as possible which has resulted in two weeks of large salads with a piece of grilled fish/chicken or veg curry - perfectly nice but a bit boring! Any nice healthy recipes that you can share that are a bit more interesting please? TIA
