Tahini in carrot and coriander soup?

Would this work? I was planning on roasting the carrots with some cumin and chickpeas and doing a tahini yogurt thing with it but no one wants this so I'm making a carrot and coriander soup instead. Would it be weird to throw some tahini in it? I'll save it for another time if it sounds too odd.

I don't know what it would add though - you wouldn't be able to taste it unless you put a lot of it in ...think it would be a bit of a waste

Maybe add the tahini yoghurt mix as a swirl in the soup at the end?

Agree with Chchchchangeabout. You could add it to the sound but think a swirl on top with yoghurt would work even better.

Doesnt sound odd, just think it would get lost especially if you are adding cumin and/or other spices as well.

Sounds good though!

I love tahini, I'd chuck some in. If not, the tahini yogurt swirl on top sounds brill
