Help! Does anyone know where I can buy asian vegetarian baby food? Ideally bottled if not frozen will do.

Have you seen the Mumtaz range in Tescos? Have a closer look - may suit your little one? Its halal too

How old is your baby?
Can't you just mash up what you eat minus the chillies?
I am a big fan od Asian food and my babies were more or less weaned on mild curries, rice, yoghurt, lentils and flatbread.

I'm with Moony - once they're 6mo they can more or less eat what you do.
Where in Asia are you going?
