Am attending an outdoor theatre on Monday evening in London (forecast for very hot weather). I need some ideas for dessert which will travel on the train and into the park and am having a serious brain freeze about it. Obviously nothing with cream or ice-cream, nothing like a mousse or anything which will taste horrible if it is meant to be cold and isn't. Doesn't have to be fancy - am thinking maybe shortbread and some strawberries, if I don't think they would get mushy!
