Feeling very uninspired... I have: veg: courgettes, aubergines, a yellow pepper, potatoes, onions, garlic; protein: lardons, tinned tuna, tofu, cheese; cupboard carbs: wholewheat penne, brown rice, udon noodles, risotto rice, lasagne; tins: chopped tomatoes, various beans, cocount milk. So basically, there's loads in but I can't actually think of a meal I want to eat and can be bothered to cook...
