Any one tried the licqorice(sp!) from LAKELAND?

wondering what its like,it looks yummy but v.expensive,do you get much for your money?

the strawberry is delish but you have to eat the whole packet

Was just eyeing this up in the catalogue at the weekend. They look so tasty. Whatever I eat I have to finish the packet, and always feel sick afterwards, so not a problem there!

So yummy. Also delicious is the Toffee Shop fudge.

oh it's lovely. Well, I don't know about the Mango one but the others are just gorgeous.

Not much for your money, strawberry one yum, they sell it a newsagents near me...very addictive

i love the proper licourice one - haven't tried the fruity ones.

try the chocolate covered stuff - it's surprisingly delish!

The children love the fruit ones, I love the aniseed one (actually I eat it until it starts to make me queasy)

Its not like liquorice you get in the shop as its really sticky & soft....drooool

This weekend, I bought some "Soft Eating Natural Licorice" - £3.19 per 300g bag - very expensive - but totally beautiful.

Is the lakeland stuff the best ?

The one I bought, was similar to the one advertised on "sugarboy.co.uk".
When you add on postage £3.19 for 300g is not so good.

Yum, I love the mango and the original (not so keen on the strawberry and haven't tried the apple).

They quite often have the strawberry type at Netto - very reasonably priced - 99p a bag I think.

I do love the Aussie liquorice. But tis like fruit pastilles, once you start, you have to scoff the lot!
Panda liquorice from Holland and Barret and Sainsbo's is nice too.
