This chicken isn't due to go off for 2
More days however the colour has made me wonder if it's safe to eat or not?

I wouldn't eat that. Does it smell ok?

You'd know if it was off by the smell! Gone off chicken is the stench of seven hells.

Yes it's fine, as long as it doesn't smell. The colour difference is just where the air has hit the other parts of the chicken - if you leave it for a while it'll all go the same colour.

It looks absolutely fine to me, just in varied states of oxidation.

Cook the hell out of it, and don't worry!
