Microwave food? Recipies/ideas?

Looking for ideas for healthy snacks/dinners that DS can reheat in the microwave or eat cold?

DS will be soon letting himself in after school for half an hour, he is always starving when he gets in so to stop him eating endless junk, cereal & toast. I was hoping to have something that he can microwave in minutes or eat cold that is relatively healthy and filling. Any ideas welcome?

Soups
Cold frittata
Cold tuna pasta salad
Beans or scrambled egg on toast
Is this his main meal or will you be eating together later?

Is this his dinner or a snack to help him wait until later?

Thanks for the ideas

It can be either - he does a sporting activity then we all eat together if he has had a bigger meal before his activity he will have a smaller portion of what we are having.

He does around 4 hours of sports a day so he eats A LOT I would rather he had 2 meals than toast, cereal, etc.

If you cook a jacket potato in the oven the night before it could then be reheated in the microwave to have what th beans, cheese, tuna, whatever.
