Please help me win (or at least not embarrass myself!)
I have to bake a chocolate fudge cake for a local bake off. I've just tried a recipe and it was a bit sickly and I definitely prefer my 'normal' chocolate cake recipe. But what makes it officially a fudge cake rather than just choc cake? Any fab recipe recommendations? Thank you! (I will post pics 😊)
