In the mean time here us the unbitter cake

The only time i found it bitter was when DS added the cooking water from the clemantines along with the oranges themselves...

4-5 clementines (about 375g total weight)

6 eggs

225g sugar

250g ground almonds

1 heaped teaspoon baking powder

and Cod obviously has a really sweet tooth from all of those fruit shoots

No I haven't but with 225g of sugar and all those almonds I can't see how it wouldn't be delish. But who are we to argue with the big fish???

ignore cod it is our favourite cake in this house and very easy to make.
