Tried and tested Dundee cake recipe?

I'm craving some sort of traditional fruit cake, but lighter than a Christmas cake - I think a Dundee or something similar is what I'm after. I've no recipe in the books I've got, so wonder if any can recommend a reliable recipe?

I picked up the ingredients for a different recipe today, but it looks like I've got everything for the Delia one apart from a lemon, which the DC can get from the corner shop. We'll give it a go tomorrow, ready to eat at the weekend .
