I was very pleased with myself at the weekend for making a vegetable bake, it had great promise going into the oven.... but the sodding sauce split during cooking (1pint of milk/cream mix with some grated cheese and one egg).
This isnt the first time its happened on me - i will happily devour any potato dauphinoise thats put in front of me but cant for the life of me make it myself without a curdled mess ðŸ˜. What am i doing wrong??
