No knead bread

I am making this and it was all going really well but then I had to leave the house for a meeting. took a chance and turned the heat right down so it still warmed, but I wouldn't burn it. Have come back and bread has sunk on top and isn't cooked inside. Can I do anything to salvage it?!

Doubt it, sorry - try again tomorrow. If you have to go out it's better to leave it proving for longer (and cooler) then bake correctly once you get home.
