Milk chocolate brownies

Anyone have a tried and tested recipe for brownies using milk chocolate only? (I also have cocoa powder, just don't have dark chocolate) Have googled a few but a lot of them are American and would prefer a recommended recipe if possible! Thanks

If you google "Nigella Everyday Brownies" then that's the recipe I use and really like. They come out very gooey in the middle. If you haven't got muscovado sugar then you can use caster sugar and bump up the amount if cocoa to 100g.
