Friday fun food?

We like to have friends round on a Friday night for booze and relaxed "fun" food. I fancy something different but I'm out of ideas.

I've done:
Doner kebabs and wraps
Curry and naan
Pizza heaps of times
Cheese fondue
Chicken shawarma
BBQ

Any other ideas for me?

What about chicken, sort of KFC style? You could buy some of those platters of breaded chicken, do lots of dips and sides with it.

Italian? Naice bread, cured meat, salad, pasta salad etc?

Fajitas?

How about slow cooked BBQ pork? I use this recipe - mudpiesandfries.blogspot.co.uk/2011/12/epic-pork.html Then serve with rolls or wraps, coleslaw, spicy wedges and salad.

Chilli bar? Big pot of chilli con care (or bean chilli for veggies), alongside rice, baked potatoes, tortilla chips, grated cheese, sour cream, guacamole, hot sauce and pickled jalapeños. Everyone can pimp their own portion to their taste.

Yes to chilli - pan of chilli (veggie for me!), huge dish of nachos, guacamole, cheese, tomato salsa etc.

Chinese/Thai-esque meal - spring rolls, sweetcorn fritters, chilli sauce, tamarind dip, black epper tofu, rice, some sort of green thing

Loads of jacket potatoes and sweet potatoes with various toppings

Fat mushroom and haloumi burgers, sweet potato fries, various relishes

Rice and peas and a Jamaican style curry

Fish n chips!

Friday night is our 'meat product in bread product' night usually
