I have a breast of lamb in the freezer, what can I do with it?

I bought half a lamb and have worked my way through the different joints(with my family's help!). However, I still have a large piece called the breast (suppose every animal has one!)but have no idea how to cook it or recipes to use it with. My mum said it had to be slow cooked but then gave no more pointers!
