Dark Muscovado sugar ideas please!

I am clearing out my cupboards & have found I have 2 large bags of dark muscovado sugar

Any ideas what I can use it for? Am thinking gingerbread men with the preschooler, but anything else? TIA

Fruitcakes....

Chocolate brownies or chewy sugar cookies. Or a ginger cake

Plain Greek yoghurt in small glasses/dishes, sprinkle over a thick layer of muscovado sugar and leave for a few hours, turns into a fudge type sauce. A layer of sultanas etc at the bottom of the dish is good!

I love the idea of fruitcakes, but it is only me in this household who eats them, so I don't think I'd do those, sadly.

Dimple, do you have recipes for brownies please?
