I need help!! I used to have a recipe for a lemon drizzle sandwich cake which you made as a round cake, drizzled it then sliced it in half and sandwiched it together with lemon curd and mascarpone mixed. I have lost the book it was in in a house move and can't remember the name of the book or author....and when I've tried it with normal lemon drizzle recipes the cake is too soft and it doesn't work. My MIL who is adorable has requested it for her birthday next week as she wants to take it to work....so it's got to be good. If anyone can help, please do!!!
