Not too sweet peanut butter

Does anyone know of a peanut butter widely available that is not too sweet? I think I have the Sainsbury one. It is really sweet. I imagine Sunpat is not so much or at least I remember it as not so sweet or maybe in adulthood I am finding most things too sweet???

Whole Earth is my favourite.

LadyPenelopeCantDance · 13/05/2017 18:16

The really cheap ones are often sugar free. Check out the Tesco Value one.

2nd whole earth

BillywigSting · 13/05/2017 18:17

Meridian or whole earth are nice

therootoftheroot · 13/05/2017 18:17

my friend makes peanut butter by just putting peanuts in the nutribullet

CrispyBathTowel · 13/05/2017 18:17

Whole Earth or Meridian are good imo and not sweet.

HeadfirstForHalos · 13/05/2017 18:17

Meridian peanut butter is lovely and had no added sugar. I get mine from Sainsbury's.

CrispyBathTowel · 13/05/2017 18:18

I find Meridian much easier to spread on toast than Whole Earth - both taste great though.

Wholenut one from Aldi isn't too sweet at all and about half the price of whole earth...whole earth is yum though!

Wh0Kn0wsWhereTheTimeGoes · 13/05/2017 22:16

Whole Earth is nicer than Meridian IMO.

littlefurrysheep · 13/05/2017 22:23

pip and nut, meridian. the sainsbury's one is disgusting! their almond butter too 🤤

GoodyGoodyGumdrops · 14/05/2017 00:09

We also do not like sweetened peanut butter. Waitrose Wholegrain is our favourite.

Whole Earth is lovely, too, but very expensive.

Sainsbury's Organic is also nice. Tesco's version is too greasy-textured for our liking.

HardcoreLadyType · 14/05/2017 00:12

Sun pat do a sugar free one. It also contains no palm oil, only peanut oil.

Meridian Smooth in my house. Heaped all over apple wedges... mmmm yum!

Bue · 14/05/2017 00:34

The Sunpat no added sugar PB is a better consistency IMO than whole earth. I also like meridian.

TinklyLittleLaugh · 15/05/2017 12:21

I make mine with value roasted peanuts in the magimix. It's very good.

GoodyGoodyGumdrops · 15/05/2017 22:21

I've never seen a sugar-free Sunpat. Where stocks it?

Palomb · 15/05/2017 22:29

We buy those massive kilo tubs of whole earth and they last about 2 weeks. Life is too short for shit peanut butter.

dairymilkmonster · 16/05/2017 10:39

whole earth. cheap peanut butter is always very sweet.

TheChineseChicken · 16/05/2017 10:41

Whole earth does one that is 100% peanuts with no oil, sugar or salt added
