I have chicken breasts in for dinner, just me and DH, kids have just eaten. I have NO inspiration, and no idea what to cook! Got a well stocked fridge and store cupboard and looking for inspiration, don't mind taking a while cooking something nice as it's Saturday night. What I don't fancy...

Chicken with sundried tomato and spinach

Fry chicken in the oil from the tomatoes, add choppec sundried tomatoes, then add the spinach until it wilts.

Jambalaya?

I'm making chicken and bacon risotto with asparagus and purple sprouting broccoli on the side. Does that appeal?

Or how about chicken satay? Or smoky paprika chicken burritos?

Pasta Alfredo or chicken supreme served with rice.
