Hi, does anyone have a recipe for a pecan torte (not tart!) with apricots (possibly apricot jam) in the middle)?
I think it was from a 1990s Sophie grigson book but can't be sure. I can't find it anywhere online and have had no luck with trial and error.
I used to make this regularly, it was delicious and I would love to bake it again! Thanks if anyone does have the recipe!
