Had a recipe for a lovely cake that contained grated courgette (could have substituted it with other moistish veg according to recipe) but now can't find it.
Also went to a birthday party where there was a wonderful lentil & cheese slice/bake type of thing, would love to find similar recipe
(Can you tell my ds isn't great with veg at the moment and I am trying to con him into eating them)
Has anyone got either of these two recipes plaese?
