Anyone got a gooey cookie recipe? (Like dominos!)

Hi there, I'm looking for a cookie recipe, preferably a tried and tested one where the cookies are crunchy on the outside and soft and gooey in the middle. Can anyone help?

I can...... but it is an awful cheat AND a closely guarded secret......

Go to Tesco, buy a packet of tesco own brand cookie mix. Add mini marshmallows/choc chunks/ nuts/etc.,

Bake and pass off as your own.

Seriously, they do make to nicest cookies, crunchy and chewy.

This should be in confessions corner.......
