hi i'm trying to find a recipe for the chicken dish she did it's years since i made it and i can't find my book anywhere.it was a chinese style dish included making a sauce from vinegar,tom ketchup,honey and the chicken was cooked in the oven with onions (i think).any help or suggestions, would love to make it again.thanks

Mix 3tbsp red wine vinegar,
1 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp runny honey and
black pepper.

Marinate 2 lb chicken for at leat 2 hours. Barbeque chicken basting with sauce for 35-40 minutes and cut from bone.
