Sauce with lamb..

So need some inspiration.

What sauce would you serve with grilled lamb chops, mash and asparagus?

Either a red mojo or a salsa verde (Nigel Slater has a good recipe).
I might also do a red wine sauce. It is a bit tricky with the asparagus, though.

Roman jelly

Mint/garlic/rosemary/red wine.

Oh I love a bit of mint sauce. I was think a minty yoghurt sauce?

Maybe with a mint and red onion side salad too.

Not sure about the asparagus but a garlic cream sauce would work with lamb and mash.
