Red Nose Day - cake sale at school. Ideas please!!!

Our school rotates holding cake sales across classes and ours falls this Friday.
As such, we need to have a Comic relief theme.
Everyone is planning the fairy cake / cupcake with a glacé cherry on the top to signify the red nose.
Anyone got any novel ideas for me? I'm a confident baker so happy to give anything a go but just lacking in inspiration so all suggestions gratefully received!

How about chocolate cup cakes with a strwberry for the red nose and you could ice on the eyes and a wobbly smile?

what about truffe type sweet thingy in a ball covered in red rollout type icing[is it called fondant icing]

MamaG - love the recipe, especially the last instruction:

"Place on a wire rack to cool but not IMMEDIATELY as the jam is like napalm and when it falls out of hte hole in the bottom it EFFING hurts."

We're having a cake sale on Friday. Tried Jamie Oliver Brownies for Red nose Day and they failed. Other parents are doing flapjcks. Will definitely try MamaG's recipe for sticky blobs.
Any other fail-safes?? Also what about a fail-safe savoury recipe as it will be lunchtime. Needs to be a 'finger-food'. Thanks xx
