Easy mini dessert/sweet canape ideas

Hey!

I've offered to make some desserts for a private art show next week. They need to look good and be relatively easy to eat! Has anyone got any simple recipes/ideas that could work?

Do you have a mini muffin/tart tin? If so mini sweet short crust tart case filled with creme pat and fresh fruit.
Sweet vol au vent with chocolate ganache and raspberries
Mini salted caramel brownies

So much depends upon how far ahead of the event you want to prepare/ assemble your desserts?
And what access you'll have to fridge/ freezer storage, once there?
