I've got some cooking apples and some pears on the turn. Quick easy recipe please?

Make a yummy crumble.

You could "stew" them and add some cinnamon or mixed sweet spice and store in the fridge and then use as a compote to put on top of porridge, yoghurt, ganola etc during the week

tarte tatin...i made one the other day, it was farking delicious, i had some spongey lurky apples too.

for the pears, I'd poach them and either scoff them as fast as possible with chocolate custard
or make a chocolate frangipan tart

I love chocolate and pears!
