I'm trying to increase the amount of veg in my diet at the moment, and having a side salad with lunch/dinner is a fairly easy way for me to do that. My go-to salad dressing is a Dijon vinaigrette with olive oil, cider vinegar and mustard, but I'm getting a bit bored of the same old thing. Any ideas for tasty but not too calorific salad dressings I can make?
