Whole cooked trout

Long story short, given a whole frozen trout, started to defrost it, then came down with sickness bug. Cooked it anyway yesterday, because something had to be done.

Now what shall I do with it?
Not sure I fancy it for tea tonight, I suppose we might eat a bit. Still feel a bit delicate tbh.
Can I freeze it cooked, and then what would I use it for?

Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't eat it tbh

Really? Why not? It's been cooked thoroughly last night, after safe defrosting.

I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't freeze cooked fish. I'd put in flakes wrap in cling film and put in a tupperware box.

Make trout pate with it. Put in a pasta sauce or a salad once defrosted.

I couldn't think, but then I'm in the feeling a bit weird about food stage, so started to fear poisoning :)
Thanks
