I want to make a mango and passionfruit pavlova for Sunday with two layers - to serve 10 - but I cannot find a basic recipe for two pavlova layers anywhere. Does anyone have one?

Big enough for 10 so I guess about 23inchss?

I just use the nigella proportion of egg whites to sugar. It's either equal, or double, I always have to check. Then slow bake for a long time. Don't whisk in a plastic bowl, that seems to matter, and it must be clean and grease free.
