Hi all,
I'm I'm after your meal plans, meal ideas that are a bit different and just generally some inspiration.
I have a husband, 2 toddlers 1yo & 3yo and I'm sick of cooking multiple meals.
3 year old is especially fussy at the moment so any think that your fussy eaters have loved I'm all ears! We eat most things except pork.

My lastest revelation is bolanase with gnocchi and mozzarella. Recipe is on the hello fresh site.

Probably not much help for your fussy one but
Spanish chickpea and spinach stew
Roasted vegetable, lentil and halloumi bake
Harissa crumbed cod with purple sprouting broccoli
Chicken saag and rice
Tomato, garlic and basil chicken with salad and sweet potato salad
Homemade pizza using all the random bits in the fridge!

The one surprising thing I had success with was homemade sweet potato falafels, I think they were thought to have similarities to chicken nuggets!

We have a few allergies to deal with, dairy, egg and gluten and its left me with a couple of fussyish eaters. Recipes that go down well here are
Lentil and kidney bean chilli with masa harina muffins
Spinach, lentil and sweet potato dhal with homemade naan
Sausage casserole with different styles, paprika is a favourite
Soup, a new favourite is roast carrot and chickpea or butternut squash, carrot, red onion and chilli
Mediteranian roast veg with baked fish
Garlicky fondant potatoes with fish, sausages or meat
rissotto especially garlic mushroom

Forgot to add trying a new recipe tonight, tamale pie. My husband likes tamales from his time in America. It's not the easiest things to make so i found an easier version. not sure how well it will be received by everyone but I loke to try new things at least once a fortnight.
