What's your meal plan this week?

Just doing an online shop. I usually try and have a meal plan for dinners Mon-Fri or at least Mon-Thurs so that we don't end up popping out constantly to get extra groceries.

At the moment I think I'm going for:

Mon: thai red curry
Tue: white fish, chorizo tomato sauce, veggies
Wed: chicken and veggies
Thur: ham and pea pasta
Fri: curry and naan bread

I find it really difficult planning these things when I'm not hungry though... can't think of anything I fancy! Must remember to do this before lunch next time!

Mon BBQ
Tues L/o chicken from BBQ with salad and stuff.
Wed Out
Thursday Fish stirfry as need to eat something from freezer
Friday Fish (more freezer eating)
Sat ??

Hmm, this week DH is on holidays so....

Sat - Easter roast lamb at DMILs
Sun - Easter roast lamb at DMs
Mon - burgers at services on way home from Easter travels
Tues - "don't fancy cooking" as we'd just moved the boat so dinner in the yacht club (we have a dinghy, NOT a yacht )
Wed - pasta, tomato and chilli sauce, prawns and clams
Thurs - "I don't know yet" was the answer this morning
Fri - I'd like actual fish as he collects DD from sailing next to fish shop, I'm expecting an "I'm exhausted, Chinese?" phonecall as I get on the train home from work

I take over again this weekend!

Know this thread is a couple of weeks old but I can't see a newer one. Just want to place mark as I need to go shopping later and I'm completely out of ideas

Mon-Chicken chilli
Tues-Salad Nicoise
Weds-Chicken fried steak
Thurs-Takeaway pizza
Fri-Ham and veg soup
Sat-Thai salmon noodles
Sun-Honey and mustard pork chops

Mon - bangers and mash
Tues - fish fillet, white sauce, rice
Wed - pasta from the freezer
Thu - jacket potatoes
Fri - takeaway pizza
