I think I have pak choi AND swiss chard in the box this week

I'm not 100% sure - definitely two different leafy green things growing from white stalks.

Can I follow my usual policy of 'it's leafy, it's not lettuce - pretend it's spinach & chuck it in a curry at the last minute...'?

well you could try this with the pak choi.... or any thinnish greenish leafy things in veg box...
fry chopped garlic / ginger / red chilli in sunflower / groundnut oil. meanwhile boil greens in lots of water for shortest time poss. stir around 5 tablespoons oyster sauce into garlic mix once browned and toss greens in this. serve with brown rice and coriander. yum.

Us too, quite often. Can't face another round of 'Dirty rice! DISGUSTING rice!' from ds though...

Maybe pak choi stir fry one night & swiss chard curry later on.

Wish they'd just put a blinking LIST in the box!
